The best way to explore San Diego's rugged coastline is by kayak. Previous experience isn't required as you'll do a little paddle tutorial before heading out into the Marine Protected Area in La Jolla Bay. Hosted by Ginny, an experienced horse owner and breeder, this tour takes in the incredible wild roaming horses of Kentucky in their natural habitat. From Jackson, you'll ascend into the Appalachian Mountains in tour guide vehicles along a beautiful winding road. There'll be opportunities to stop and take photos of the horses along the way.
