Milford Waterfront itself has become something of a foodie and cultural hotspot. Many of the former harbourside buildings have been converted into artisan shops and independent cafés and restaurants. It’s a cultural hotspot too. Milford Haven Museum charts the history of the port and the Waterfront Gallery displays the very best of contemporary Welsh art.

Milford Waterfront also makes a great base to this corner of Wales. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path passes close by, there’s wildlife watching on the Cleddau Waterway and history at Pembroke Castle. Finally, you’ll be treated to an unforgettable dining experience at the Tŷ Hotel’s restaurant, dulse. Executive Head Chef Simon Crockford (former Wales National Chef of the Year) is a local Pembrokeshire boy who uses his inside knowledge to serve up crowd-pleasing dishes using the very best of local produce from the land and the sea. Favourites include the Beef Cheeks and Perl Las Cheese Croquettes and the wonderful Seafood Cawl of market fish cooked in a tasty tomato and fennel stew served with cornbread and a garlic aioli.

The winner must book their stay in advance and it must be taken before September 30^th 2024, subject to availability. Prize does not include transport to/from Tŷ Hotel Milford Waterfront.

The prize is as stated, is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize winner and their guest must be over 18 years of age.
