Terms and conditions

The prize is subject to availability. 

1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.

2. This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire and their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.

3. Entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on 30 November 2023. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries or entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered. Entries become the property of the Promoter.

4. Only one entry per person.

6. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw, which will take place by 7 December 2023. The first entry drawn will be the winner.

7. The prize must be redeemed by the winners within one month of being notified.

8. The holiday start date must be on or before 31 August 2024.

9. The Prize does not include travel/transportation, or any other costs of a personal nature including insurance and spending money.

10. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other alternative. Prize may not be sold on online auction sites.

11. Upon confirmation of acceptance, the winner may be announced on the Coastal Cottages social media channels.

12. Winners can book a stay that is more than the £500 gift voucher or request extra services available at each location but any costs beyond the £500 value will be at the winner’s own expense.

13. The cottage is provided on a 'self-catering' basis. Linen and towels will be provided.

14. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. When contacted, the winner may be asked to provide proof of age.

15. The winner must complete a guest booking form detailing full contact details.

16. Coastal Cottages may change or restrict the arrival dates from the available booking dates window above.

17. Prize information will be sent out via email after the winner has accepted their prize, and arrangements will be made for dates and times of arrival.

18. No refunds will be given if the full value of prize is not redeemed.

19. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

20. Employees connected with this promotion from Coastal Cottages, Travel Agents, any employees of third-party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this competition. Anyone found to be a third-party supplier will automatically forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place.
