1. For an unusual UK getaway: 25% off stay in a fort

If you’re after something unique and don’t want to travel too far, head to the Isle of Wight and stay in this converted fort.

The Golden Hill Fort is a spectacular Grade I listed building dating back to 1863. It was once used as a base for the men and women who manned the defences on the western end of the island, but has now been converted into 18 luxury apartments.

Close to Alum Bay, the famous Needles and plenty of paths for walking and cycling, it’s a stunning location, with great views, for a short self-catering, UK break. Prices start from £562 based on a four-night stay arriving on 24 June.

2. For an island escape: 7 nights in Ibiza from £195pp

Ibiza isn’t all about the parties. There are tonnes of things to do on this gorgeous isle that will keep any holidaymaker happy. Loveholidays.com – no relation to loveEXPLORING, we promise – are currently offering almost a third off trips to the island.

If you’re prepared to embark on an adventure to somewhere entirely unknown (to you), then you’ll be greatly rewarded with Contiki’s new Dare to Adventure deal. Take the test, get your result, read the extremely vague trip description (including estimated departure and return dates and accommodation info) and then book it to get up to 50% off the usual price.

You’ll have no idea where you’re going until you arrive at the airport, but the test – which asks for a variety of information based on how you’d spend your time – promises to find the ideal adventure for you. Take the test here to get started.
