This week's top offers, from cheap New York flights to hotel sales

1. For a New York state of mind: Return flights for £330

Spend a week in New York as the Fashion Week collections hit the shelves. Norwegian has flights from Gatwick to JFK for £330 return, departing on 15 September and returning 23 September.

Mercure and Novotel hotels are offering a discounts of up to 25% on any of its UK hotels this summer, from country piles to city centre rooms.

Among the best value for money is Mercure Warwickshire Walton Hall Hotel & Spa, a Grade II-listed property in the Black Country, close to Blenheim Palace and Warwick Castle. Rooms start at £65 a night.

3. For summer sun: 33% off a break in Crete
