This pop-up hotel is entirely dedicated to binge-watching
Check into themed rooms where everything is geared towards Netflix shows
Binge-watching isn't just a secret shame you indulge in alone at home, now there's a whole hotel dedicated to it.
For this weekend only, the Bed ’N’ Binge Retreat is popping up in the grounds of Osterley Park and House, a National Trust property in west London, with 15 suites for overnight guests.
Created by Three and Samsung, the box-like accommodation, plus food and drink, is inspired by Netflix programmes such as Orange is the New Black and Stranger Things. Guests are each lent a smartphone at check-in on which to watch their favourite shows.
As well as adjustable phone docks by the beds, each room comes with hands-free docks in toilets and showers, so you don't have to stop watching at any point. There are also binge-themed workouts, with the chance to do lunges, squats and crunches while using your smartphone.
The pop-up is in situ from today until Monday, and no money changes hands: the rooms and dining are free, with tickets for overnight stays released online at 2pm each day. Day passes for the communal areas are also available. If you don't manage to get into the hotel this weekend, perhaps plan your next trip around your favourite show with these filming locations.
